This page was placed on our site to help you with questions that you
may have with our website, especially concerning matters dealing with
our ecommerce (primarily our apparel).
This FAQ will not address any issues
regarding the Twin V HD Bonneville® motorcycle,
it is covered by the written warranty and sales contract in effect
at the time of ordering or purchase.
Merchandise
Q Are there return policies for the tshirts that we sell on
our website?
A Yes, the guarrantee policy is printed on the sales slip you
received with each shirt you order.
Q If you are temporarily out of stock of a particular color
of tshirt, will you allow me a choice of another color shirt of the
same size?
A Yes! Our goal is to see that you are happy with your purchase
and substitutions are acceptable in the event that we might be temporarily
out of stock.
We try to keep our stock up but you have to understand
that our primary mission at Pro Street Choppers is building the Twin
V HD Bonneville® motorcycle and the tshirt business is a
sideline.
Our main reason for producing the tshirts is because of
consumer demand and the desirability to promote the Twin V HD Bonneville®
motorcycle to the motorcycle community.
Q Can I change the color scheme of a shirt, such as different
colored text on the shirts?
A No, the color themes shown are already setup with our tshirt
company and it would costly for us to pay setup fees for various other
color schemes.
Q Will you be producing other colors of these shirts.
A Probably not. Sorry, but we had many meetings with our staff
and the company that produces our biker tshirts and the colors we currently
have
listed are the most popular so we went with what we have on our sales
page. |
